A well-matched pear pairing combining Clapps Favourite and Beurré Bosc, offering early to mid-season harvests, excellent flavour contrast, and dependable fruit set. Clapps provides early, juicy dessert pears, while Beurré Bosc delivers rich, aromatic fruit later in the season.
